The Komovekka Philosophy: We believe in "Slow Living"—not just in how we use our products, but in how we source them. To minimize carbon emissions and unnecessary warehousing, many of our items are shipped directly from our artisan partners and global manufacturing hubs.
This direct-to-you approach ensures you receive authentic, high-quality goods at a fair price, without the markup of traditional retail middlemen.
1. Processing Time and Shipping Fee
We treat every order with care. Please allow 2-4 business days for our team to process, quality-check, and pack your order before it leaves the warehouse. The shipping fee would be $5.99 wherever you want us to ship to.

Note during peak seasons (Holidays/New Year): Processing may take up to 5 business days.
2. Estimated Delivery Times
Because our collection is curated from global partners, shipping times may vary slightly depending on your location.
We kindly ask for your patience. Good things take time, and we promise your Komovekka package will be worth the wait.
3. Order Tracking
As soon as your package has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.

Please Note: It may take 1-3 days for the tracking carrier to update their system after the label is created. If your link doesn't work immediately, don't worry—your package is moving!
4. Customs & Duties
For international orders, we ship strictly DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). While rare for small appliances, any customs fees, tariffs, or import taxes incurred upon arrival are the sole responsibility of the customer. Komovekka is not responsible for delays caused by the customs department in your country.
5. Modifications & Cancellations
We move quickly to get your order started. If you need to change your address or cancel an order, please contact us at support@komovekka.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once the processing phase has begun, we can no longer intercept the package.
6. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged, or if the tracking confirms delivery but you haven't received it, please contact us immediately.

Damaged Items: Send us a photo within 72 hours of arrival, and we will arrange a free replacement.

Lost in Transit: If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will send a replacement free of charge.
